Since founding SWA in 1995, Dean Walsh has worked with over 100 clients and tens of thousands of leaders on five continents. He has written numerous articles, white papers, and reports on leadership, execution, and people-management. He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from Lawrence University. He has served as board member and advised various nonprofits focusing on health, education, homelessness, and foster care.
